Lauren in a nutshell.

You are not here by accident and neither am I. Although it hasn't always felt like that. 

Truth be told it wasn't all that long ago that I was grinding away trying desperately to make the whole entrepreneur thing work, while raising 3 young children. 

It wasn't that long ago that I was crying on the floor in the shower feeling like I was failing, like I was doing it wrong. I will never forget the feeling of being out of alignment with my soul purpose, it is incredibly painful.

I now know, that I had to get to that point to get to this one. I had to break down before I could break through. 

I had to burn out to realise what I am here to do.

I'm here to prevent you going through the same thing. I am here to assist you on your entrepreneurial journey, to help you lean in to your purpose, lean in to the fear and find fun and fulfilment.

I now know, that there is a better way to do business. A more holistic, balanced way to have it all - because you absolutely can!
